NFL Week 2

Post  Willbacker on September 17th 2015, 7:11 pm

Lot of exciting games this week.

Broncos/Chiefs- Thurs nights lot of times are duds but this one involves 2 good teams with killer defense so Im going to try to catch as much of this as possible. Thurs and Mon night games are tough for me cuz of my job. Like to see the Chiefs win.

Chargers/Bengals- Go Chargers you sons of bitches. Kick their asses.

Gatetriots/Bills- Somebody please put Brady on his back multiple times. Please. Also can you believe those ballboys are coming back. Blows my mind.

Cowboys/Eagles- Big game for the Eagles. Bradford and them have to have a faster start. It may be early in the season but this could be a must win game.

Seahawks/Packers- If the Packers want paybacks well put up or shut up. Great Sun night game.

Jets/Colts- I like the Jets secondary matchup against the Colts(even w/o Cromartie). It'll be great if the Colts go 0-2 and the Titans start out 2-0.

All the above are just outstanding matchups imo.

He has no run game and no O-Line. Can you blame him for not looking as great as he used to? Dude needs some help

Demarco Murray needs to either be the crap out of all those offensive linemen or request a trade. They are playing just awful

The skies opened up over Lambeau when God himself opened running lanes and directed passes to give Pack revenge over the Hawks. Legion of Boom meet Hand of Doom!!

Ol Adrian Peterson reminded Lions fans who is the best. Rome wasn't created in a week. It at least took two.

Cam said "I got a bigger grin than you J.J. Just look at these choppas while I'm throwing touchdown passes right over your big head".

Raven Little cries "The sky is falling! The sky is falling! while Ravens fans run around like ants under a magnifying glass in the hot sun.

Meanwhile in Fla the North took on the South. The Yankees win!! The Yankees win!! ......Ahem I mean the Jags win.

Julio down in the playground just catching passes over Mr.Mean Giant Man. Just saying.

Johnny Heisman>Marcus Heisman.

Yall play that new video game "Kill the Cutler". Its Carson Palmer certified.

Demarco Murray still wishes he was a Cowboy while the Eagles still wish they had Tim Tebow aka Jesus in Cleats.

Gold might be worth more on the stock market but steel is what you need in a streetfight.

Psssssshhhhhhhhhhhhh......... Not deflated footballs but the sound of ego coming out Rex Ryan's ass. Another 15 lbs lost.

Redskins unveil new totem pole complete with ram head on top.

Buccaneers sailed right into New Orleans. Drinking all the beer, screwing all the women(Rob Ryan included) and rolled out of town with the victory.

Chargers tried their same old trick. Trying to jolt their brand of electricity into a stadium but it backfired on them only causing Dalton's hair to get redder and his arm to get hotter buuutttt it won't happen next week.

Chill bro. 2-0 is great, but best case scenario, we go 3-3 in the division and finish the year 8-8 to 10-6. Our defense is good, but you need a good QB, fitz is a career backup.

I'm scared of Philly. They're 0-2, I'm thinking with how much man coverage we play, they might burn us. I know they won't run the ball

Lions might go 5-11.

0-2 with the next three games.
Home vs Denver at night
@ Seattle MNF
Home vs Arizona.

Might start out 0-5. But you know what. Ngata problem as people around here say. This team is garbage.

This team needs so much it's ridiculous.

19 games into the Lombardi era at OC and the results are just terrible.

They have scored 21 or more points just 4 times in those 19 games. At least Linehan scored 21 or more in 11 games in 2013, without Golden Tate or Ameer Abdullah.

So much wasted talent it's crazy.

The Jets Dline is legit, what I'm scared about is the threat of what that pudgy little fuck Kelly is up to. I know he is doing something, what it is, I don't know but he scares the shit out of me. back to back 10-6 years with an eagles team that was 4-12 before he got there.

Our corners are great, we have 3 legit CBs dude, Skrin, Cromartie, and Revis. Which is awesome. But the Patriots play so much rub/pick routes it doesn't matter.

I'm happy we're 2-0 but I'm not thinking we're great because we aren't. We have Fitzpatrick at QB, backed up by Bryce Petty and Geno Smith (when he gets back). Now Decker is hurt. Our Oline wasn't looking great against the Colts

Cautiously Optamistic

Jets are gonna be 5-0 when we face the Patriots...the confidence this team will have is gonna be more than the Patriots can handle, Jets start 6-0..trust me, if we stay healthy, we are definetly a 12-4 team...maybe 13-3 with this Defense...dont undersell FitzMAGIC, all he needs to be is "servicable" for us to have success

Lol its bookmarked. Lots of good things happening for the Jets tho but I do remember the Texans a couple years ago starting 2-0 and ending 2-14.

Check this out
Baltimore Ravens 0-2
Seattle Seahawks 0-2
Philadelphia Eagles 0-2
Indy Colts 0-2
Detroit Lions 0-2

5 teams that most people picked for the playoffs. Now what I heard is since 1990 only 12.5% of teams starting out like this make the playoffs but I swear I look at this list and I can see 3 teams making it.

No I didn't forget about the Bears or Saints. Razz

Bradford is gonna get pummelled

Hoping to reverse fortunes, the Eagles couldn't have dreamed up a tougher opponent than the Jets. Unlike last year's pushover outfit under Rex Ryan, this season's New York squad leads the league with 10 takeaways in two games. More importantly, they're shutting down the run and making life a raging nightmare for quarterbacks.

Philly gets all the focus, but Gang Green's defense is the unit worth talking about. Sunday's matchup is fascinating for what it will tell us about Bradford and the Eagles along with the rise of this overlooked Jets club.
