Week 7

Anybody smelling an upset?

Bad weather. The Pats losing their horse runner and their man in the middle of the D. If the Jets DLine smokes up the Pats OLine they're gonna win.

Nah, the Jets offense sucks.

That defense is pretty bad as well.

Our Starting O-Line: Nick Mangold...that's it
Our Starting WRs: No one
Our Starting RBs: Ivory...sorta

We're currently winning because the pats are just so god damn bad. we finally (aside from the raiders) play a bad team.

because they moved decker down inside on a lot of plays and he is getting a free release. Revis doesn't have his legs and if doesn't jam a receiver, he isn't fast enough to keep up

doesnt matter..when Decker has caught the ball, Revis has been in coverage of him...im holding out hope that Geno throws a BOMB to Decker directly over Revis or a TD

Geno played well but I fully expect everyone to bash him once again. Geno is good, cool, calm, collected, and can run. We shouldn't dump him, we should dump our Oline.

Our corners and pass rush is weak. We have a great D line and 2 great MLBs but that's it on defense. Our one CB is a converted safety.

Rex is a hell of a coach, he deserves better talent than this shit pile

Percy Harvin was fun but I think his entertainment value and overall value has slipped

he is explosive when on the field but look at it this way.
He has to learn a whole new offense on a 1-6 team
Those coaches are probably going to be fired end of the year
now you need to learn a whole new offense when a new staff gets hired

why not do this shit in the offseason? get him while he can learn and make an impact? we have a gimick player now. He has 10 days to learn some kick return schemes and maybe a few pass plays. WOW - so impactful.

Will: Eh, I think I'll stick to Prater for now, plus I heard his leg strength really went down the more and more he kicked, he wasn't used to kicking as often as he was.

On the Harvin thing, it is weird. Like Epic said, he's got a couple days to learn what he can, it should help Geno when Harvin can get on the field, but Harvin is never on the field.

exactly..in the offseason we SHOULD have signed Revis and DRC..a trade like this at a position we NEED but not really gonna make the bleeding stop, is retarded

This trade is hard to figger out. The Hawks might be dropping salary so they can sign Wilson to a long term contract but they would have to be hit with penalties for next years cap. For the Jets Geno had Tavon Austin and another guy but I can't think of his name and they're very similar to Harvin so this could be a plus but I don't like the conditional range. I would've straight up said a 4th. Take it or leave it.

@Matt. Prater will settle down. He hasn't kicked in a game for a while but I seen an article about Detroits kicking and they showed this guy and I watched it and I'm like get the fuck outta here.

Lol right, I think the last time he kicked a field goal was like 14 months ago in camp. Get that shit out of here. We should have never signed him in the first place.

Lions Vs Saints

This should be a statement game for both teams.

If the Lions can hold the Saints, then I think people, including Lion fans, will really start believing in this defense. Lions can go to 5-2 with a win.

New Orleans on the other hand, is pretty much in a must win. They cannot drop to 2-4 and keep falling behind teams in the NFC. Graham is "questionable" I think he does what Megatron did a couple weeks ago and just lines up in the slot as a decoy.

Stafford has a chance to put some points up on a defense that is pretty bad.

Should be a great game. I think the Lions pull it off (duh) because of the front 7 defensively and the fact that the Saints have been trash on the road this year. Detroit fans gotta bring their hard hat and lunch pale to the game today, gotta make it miserable for Brees.

I think the Lions collect 2-3 sacks, pick off Brees once and recover a fumble. I think Staffords struggles continue, due to everyone being hurt, but I think he get's bailed out by the Saint castoffs, Reggie Bush and Joique Bell. Give Bush a TD on a screen pass and give Bell a short TD. Pettigrew finally gets on the board with an endzone catch as well. Saints kick a FG in the 4th quarter, but the Lions play keep away the rest of the game, just like they did against Rodgers.

Lions 24- Saints 17

I gotta give credit to the Ravens. I think we all counted them out after they lost Ray Rice. They're 5-2 and lead the division. Unbelievable. And quietly, the Arizona Cardinals are 5-1. Fuck you Carson Palmer
